Shooting tips
- Daylight, ideally on an overcast day or in the shade.
- The whole car in the frame, with some space around it.
- No backlight: keep the sun behind you, never facing you.
- Sharp photos: hold your phone with both hands, no zoom.
- Phone at headlight height (about 1 m) for exterior shots.
- A clean, tidy car gives a better result.

Frequently asked questions
Will my car be changed?
No. We explicitly ask to keep the model, colour, wheels, interior and every visible defect (scratches, dents, wear). Only the setting, lighting and framing change. If a result doesn't match your car, contact us.
How long does it take?
Usually a few minutes after payment, a bit longer with the video. You can follow progress in your account, under Photoshoot.
Do I need a listing?
No, the service is independent. If you have a listing, you can add the photos to it in one click once they are ready.
What if creation fails?
Your order and payment are kept. You can retry the creation from your account, or contact us for a refund.
What happens to my photos?
They are stored privately and visible only to you. They are sent to our image generation provider (Higgsfield) solely to fulfil your order.
